• Once you sign up into Raw Cut Club you will be granted automatically 500 welcome club points :)
• For each AED 1 you spend, you gain one club point.
• You can earn more points through following our instgram account (200 points), liking our facebook page (200 points) and subscribing to our mailing list (200 points).
• Complete your profile by answering few questions about your pet and get 100 club points, this will even give you the opportunity to earn more points as we gift bonus points on your pet birthday.
• Invite your friends (Psst! We’ll also give you an offer to share) and get 500 club points when they make a purchase!
• To find out your points balance, Simply click on the rewards widget and then select 'My Life Time Points'. Remember that 100 points = 1 AED.

• You can redeem your points against purchases, simply click on the rewards widget and select "Claim".
• You can choose a discount coupon of AED 25, 50, 70 or 100.
• Once you click on the desired coupon, the system will automatically generate a discount code that you can use at check out stage.

• The Loyalty points system only applies to online orders.
• Points cannot be transferred to another club account.
• Points have a validity of 4 months once earned, make sure you utilize them before they expire.
• No points can be earned if a customer applies any discount code from any channel.
• Raw Cut reserves the right to cancel, make changes to the loyality points system.

We are working on developing a very exciting tier points system of three PAW levels for Raw Cut club: Bronze, Silver and Gold.
