1- All Orders (Except Subscription): Raw Cut wants you and your pet to be totally satisfied with our products so you can return or exchange your order if you notify us within 14 days from the date of purchase by emailing info@raw-cut.com, Shipping and/or delivery fees are non-refundable . We will either refund you the amount through the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase within 30 days of approving the refund or issue for you credit voucher valid for 6 months. For health and safety reasons, Frozen food and perishable products are not returnable nor refundable except in cases where RC shipped the incorrect or defective items. .

2- Subscription: A request to cancel subscription must be initiated at least 10 days prior to the next invoice billing date. If you opt to cancel your subscription, you may use your subscription until the end of the current monthly subscription, your subscription will not be renewed after that.
