We ensure that your dog is never out of food, if you live in the UAE, we will reach out to you as we deliver across the 7 emirates.

While placing your order and through the checkout process, a screen pop up will show giving you the choice to pick your desired delivery date and time, we provide number of delivery time slots depending on which emirates you live in.  

We will deliver your package according to the date & time slot you selected, In case you will not be available to receive a delivery package please contact us in advance allowing us enough time to reschedule your delivery in the next available time slot where possible.

Orders placed before 3pm is eligible for next day delivery as per the below schedule, note that we don't deliver on friday.

I forgot to order and i ran out of food, what to do, Help!

First thing you need to do is notify us, we will try to support you on urgent basis.
Meanwhile, you can feed your dog normal good quality minced meat with some steamed vegetables, don't worry, our food will be at your door step very soon.
